On Your Side
We worked on the UX/UI design of the website for On Your Side @onyoursideuk, the UK’s first national helpline to support East and South-East (ESEA) Asians who experienced hate crimes and racism. This platform was released in Autumn 2022 and we invite you all to share it with your network to support your fellow Asians 🙏👊
We worked closely with the key stakeholders (product owners and partner organisations) to select the key features for the MVP and organised them into a sitemap.We then mapped the key userflows before drawing the mobile and desktop wireframe on Figma.
Referencing the branding developed by @_amy_pix, we created a style guide for the website including the color palette, multi-language typography, components, icons and frame/grid sizes. The mobile and desktop UI screens, as well as the prototype for the key flows were also done on Figma. The final task for this project involved supporting the front-end development with design queries and adjusting some design since Wordpress had some restrictions.
